  • Transfer to Junior School (for children born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018)
  • Transfer to Secondary School (for children born between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014)

Separated parents and parental responsibility

  • You must have agreement from anyone else who has parental responsibility before continuing with your application. Anyone with parental responsibility must be involved in significant decisions relating to the child, including their education. This applies even if the child does not live with the other person with parental responsibility. There is more information about parental responsibility here: https://www.gov.uk/parental-rights-responsibilities. Providing false information on this application form could result in the offer of a place being withdrawn.
Moved/moving house?
  • Please attach evidence of your new address to your application.
Children with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan:
  • An application form is not required. Contact the Statutory SEN Service for more information on 01872 324242
Children in care (looked after children):
  • The application MUST be completed by the Social Worker. We cannot accept applications from any other person.

In-year Admissions

This is joining a school at any time other than the 'Normal Round'. It is for school places in Cornwall.

Please note that you can only apply up to eight school weeks ahead of the place being required (twelve weeks for service families). Applications received outside these timeframes will be withdrawn and you will need to complete a new application form at the appropriate time.
